At the end of March I had my last Saturday morning session at Michelle Ormrod's pilates studio in Kendrew Street, Darlington. Michelle will be moving to pastures new in the coming months and I'm sure that her successful business will continue to grow. She's a fantastic pilates instructor and it has been great to have been involved in the Studio for the last three years!
The timing has worked out very well for me as it coincided with the opportunity to practice from Middleton Hall Retirement Village. It is such an amazing place and everyone has been very welcoming. I am offering appointments to residents, staff and non-resident members of the Spa on Saturdays and Mondays.
